Who We Are and What We Do
 We
are locally owned and operated; and still operate with the same original
full time employees as from our beginnings 10 years ago, maintaining our
firm direction to build and provide the best.
We are a "custom manufacturer" of Laser Printer and Fax toner
cartridges. Our first priority is to ensure our customers do  not
have to contend with cartridge quality issues. We build our own product
and continually seek out opportunities to improve existing performance
levels thru enhancing component treatments and minimizing acceptable tolerances
of individual assembly parts. Our current design is averaging a fail
rate of less than 1 out of 100, in actual field-testing. By comparison,
our most recent survey of collected defective products from a wide array
of local competitor’s was 16 out of 100*.

What’s a Custom Manufacturer?
Simply put, it’s the opposite of “outsourcing”.
Most toner cartridge suppliers have gone to purchasing ready made
remanufactured products rather than creating their own cartridges. A wholesale
manufacturer can only be successful through high volume. Lowest
price is the deciding factor in this scenario, which is why re-sellers
outsource in the first place. To a point, price can only go so low without
stretching the usable life cycle of components. As a result, a
predetermined fail rate is allowed to occur in exchange for profit. Unfortunately,
the customer is usually not aware of this, which has led to an overwhelming
level of distrust and skepticism surrounding the toner cartridge industry.
This is the primary root problem we're providing a solution for.
