5. Now you can either print your “My List” and fax it over to Ultra-Violet at  (804) 264-1685 or email it to us at sales@uvlsi.com.Please don’t forget to include your name and contact information on your email or cover sheet.       
                        
6. Your “My List” will be quoted with your special UVLSI pricing and returned to you for authorization.
