 Ultra-Violet
Laser Supplies, Inc. warrants each cartridge to be
free from defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and storage,
this product is guaranteed to perform as well as the Original Equipment
Manufacturer's (OEM) supply.
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed on all UVLSI
products. All UVLSI
toner cartridges have a limited lifetime warranty for 1 year after sale
or until toner is depleted. If you are not completely satisfied with your
product, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Should one of our toner cartridges fail and that failure
leads to a printer malfunction, we will dispatch a technician to determine
the extent of the repair and the timetable for that repair to be effected.
That repair will be performed at no cost to you, and the toner cartridge
will be replaced. The return of the defective cartridge is required. Any
sign of tampering with the cartridge by a non-UVLSI
technician will void the warranty. Simply call our Customer Service Department
and we will have the cartridge shipped to our Quality Assurance Center
at no cost to you.
In the event that you need a repair on your machine that
is not related to toner cartridge issues, our technicians will be happy
to give you a FREE estimate for the repair.
Seller hereby excludes any and all other representations
and warranties, express or implied, and expressly excludes warranties
as to the merchant-ability of these goods or their fitness for any particular
purpose. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages. All goods are shipped upon condition that notify seller in writing.
These terms supersede all prior oral or written terms or representations
and may be waived or modified only in writing signed by an offer of Seller.
